At Amiran Jon Wireless, we take pride in delivering high-quality plants and home greenery products. Because many of our items are live plants, we have specific return guidelines to ensure product safety and fairness for all customers.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Item arrives damaged or defective

  • Incorrect item was shipped

  • Order issues reported within the required time frame

Due to the nature of live plants, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind or buyer’s remorse.

Return Request Timeframe

Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return or report an issue.

Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

Condition Requirements

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be reported with clear photo evidence

  • Original packaging (if available) should be retained

  • Plant condition must be documented upon delivery

We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet these requirements.

Refunds

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time for refunds is typically 3–7 business days

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

In cases of damaged or incorrect items, customers may be offered a full refund or replacement depending on availability.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Live plants that have been in customer possession for more than 7 days

  • Plants damaged due to improper care after delivery

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards or promotional items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging.

We will review your claim and provide a suitable resolution, which may include:

  • Replacement of the item

  • Partial refund

  • Full refund

Return Shipping

If a return is approved due to our error, we will cover return shipping costs.

For other approved returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping fees.
