At Amiran Jon Wireless, we strive to provide high-quality artificial plants, live plants, and home décor products. Because different products require different care, our return policy varies by product type.

Artificial Plants and Decorative Items

Artificial plants, faux trees, decorative pots, and other non-living home décor products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

Unused and in original condition
Returned with original packaging and accessories
Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items showing signs of use or damage caused after delivery are not eligible for a refund.

Live Plants

Live plants are perishable products and require special care. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns due to customer preference, change of mind, or improper care after delivery.

If your live plant arrives:

Damaged during shipping
Significantly unhealthy upon arrival
Incorrect or different from your order

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of both the product and its packaging. After review, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible because the condition of live plants can change rapidly after delivery.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If any product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund when appropriate.
