Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays.
During periods of high demand, seasonal promotions, or severe weather conditions, processing times may be slightly extended. Customers will be notified if significant delays occur.

We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States.

Plant Shipping Information
To help ensure that plants arrive in excellent condition:

We recommend unpacking and inspecting plants immediately upon delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Customers can use the provided tracking number to monitor shipment progress through the carrier's website.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate when placing an order.
Amiran Jon Wireless is not responsible for delays, additional charges, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost, significantly delayed, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact our customer support team. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and assist whenever possible.
